Crystal started her insurance career with SoundView Insurance in 1995 and is now one of the owners of DCI. She spends as much time as possible with her family but you will find her in the yard whenever weather allows. Crystal has a green thumb, and all of the plants flourish in the office thanks to her.
Julie has over 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry and is the proud owner/operator of the Ballard location of Diamond Cut Insurance. Julie specializes in Design Build and remodeling contractors, and is a wealth of knowledge between her Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist designation and personal insurance background. She is a proud member of the Seattle Mercedes Benz Club and the Master Builders of King and Snohomish County. This year, she is especially excited to be the Co-Chair of Professional Women in Building. Julie loves to spend quality time with her two dependents – her dog and her collector car – as well as oil painting. She considers herself a fair-weather plein air (outdoor) painter.
Andrea has been with DCI for over five years now and enjoys being a licensed Agent. When she’s not at work, she is usually with her family and friends enjoying a BBQ, taking advantage of the Pacific Northwest with a hike or lounging at a beach, or just relaxing at home playing board games like Pictionary and Apples to Apples, to name a few. Rumor has it she’s quite the illustrator.
Jessica has been with DCI for 3 years now, and is really excited to finally be a licensed agent so she can further help people! She loves learning and researching, and has enjoyed earning her license and continuing to learn. Outside of the office, she spends her free time with her husband, toddler son, and two dogs. They enjoy taking the ferry over and spending their weekends with their family in Kingston. She loves all true crime shows, and The First 48 is her all-time favorite show.
Tom has been in the insurance industry for over 12 years primarily in Personal Lines. He has a passion for helping clients find the right coverage. Outside of work he loves camping, hunting and fishing with family and friends as often as possible. He is also very involved with his local Search and Rescue team. Tom is also a huge hockey fan!
Kristina has been in the insurance industry since 2011, working in the Commercial lines sector for that entire time. Her passion for helping businesses comes from growing up in a small family business and understanding the daily struggles some businesses face. In her free time, Loves spending time with her family going camping and road trips.
Jen has been in the insurance industry since 2001, mainly focusing on Commercial Lines. In her free time, she loves being with family, friends and her two cats. She enjoys watching movies, playing board games, going out to see live stand-up comedy shows, and playing out on the water in a kayak.
Camille Estep thrives on building connections and fostering relationships as the Marketing Coordinator at Diamond Cut Insurance. Passionate about networking, she ensures the company’s message reaches its audience effectively. Outside of work, Camille enjoys spending time with her family, whether at home baking/crafting or enjoying camping adventures. She also has a love for house plants and animals, bringing nature and warmth into her daily life.
